Tried so many ways to extract the creative juice from my teams in the past, and the most efficient principles of the successful brainstorm are different color sticky notes and those 5 roles:
- Focus on the discussion
- There is nothing right or wrong (avoid critique)
- Generate lots of ideas by building on other ones
- NO FEAR, be bold and wild
- Be visual as possible, doodle ideas, sketch or tell a story
